Good day!

Upon the request of the parents and graduating students for the 1 st semester of 2020-2021. The
students who have outstanding balances and are not cleared in the Accounting Office can join the
graduating under the following conditions:

 Graduating students who are TES grantees may join the graduation ceremony if the student’s
balance does not exceed the TES grant amount of P30,000. Any excess in the balance
beyond the P30,000 shall be paid by the student in full.
 Graduating students who are TES grantees are required to pay the graduation fee. TBA.
 No credentials shall be released on the day of graduation until the full balance had been paid.
