ORGANIZING
The next function of management is about organizing. It’s about using the plan to bring
together the physical, financial and other available resources and use them to achieve the Tea
plant goals. Organizing is vital because it ensures there is structure to the operations. It
guarantees that money is not wasted on functions that do not provide the right results, ensures
the right persons are doing the right jobs and organizing also ensures that resources work
towards operational goals.Organizing involves;

 Identifying activities and classifying them


 Assigning the duties and responsibilities
 Delegating authority and creating responsibilities
 Co-ordinating authority and responsibilities
