My goal is to be a professional. I’d like to gain valuable insight. The purpose of my life is
to be inspiring to anyone.

I have read about Traktor Nusantara's reputation for building and growing a leadership
talent from within. So it is Traktor Nusantara's commitment to not only that first entry-
level job, but also the commitment to career development at each subsequent stage of
my career that interests me the most.

Please share your most difficult problem/situation and how did you solve it ?*
In my practical work experience, I was given a technical problem. That is related to the
problem of the stages of construction work that causes accidents. I find out the causes
and prevention that can be done. I read references and innovations that might be
possible to do, then discuss with colleagues in solving problems and develop ways to
track and provide ideas for future performance.

Please describe about innovation/creativity improvement you have made in

previous organization?*
In 2017, I joined the Islamic Community Development Forum in the Media and Branding
Department. The creativity that I have ever made is a poster of several religious events. I
made a poster with the help of Corel Draw software

I am an organized person, I use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines, I
like to keep a clean workspace
