afternoon, I would like to thank you for the opportunity given to me to participate in this interview.  
My name is Bangun Mardiyanto, I am 31 years old, I live in Semarang, Central Java. I have graduated from 
Marine in  Diponegoro University. 

I have experience as a Site Manager in 2 Solar PV Plant project.   

 14,5 Mwp Solar PV Plant tracker system, Berkeley Energy – Gorontalo ‐ 2018 
 2,9 Mwp Solar Rooftop PV Plant, Danone Aqua – Klaten, Central Java ‐ 2019 

  

In the last project of solar PV, I'm working as an EPC Site Manager, along with Total Solar as a developer 
and Danone as a client. Below my job description for this project: 

 Attended in the survey of project location, collecting data for design (shading area, roof condition, 
existing  cable  layout,  existing  panel  layout),  collecting  data  for  construction  (storage  location, 
road condition, etc)  
 Helping the engineering team to design solar PV array for and the cable line layout  
 Organize a meeting with Client Total Solar, and Danone Aqua to schedule and target 
 Review  design from  the engineering team, to  make sure  the design  can  be applied to  the site 
project 
 Making a decision regarding quantity manpower and equipment based on schedule and BOQ 
 Organize and supervise the performance of supervisor, foreman, and subcontractor  
 Making weekly schedule according to the master schedule 
 Ensure progress goes according to the schedule 
 Calculate and arrange the arrival of material 
 Creating a Daily and Weekly Report 
 Ensure specs and work results following the BoQ 
 Calculating Volume of Variation Order 

I  have  understood  and  experience  in  the  Engineering  and  Construction  of  Solar  Power  Plant  (fix  and 
tracker system, also for rooftop system), also Software Engineering for Solar PV Plant such as Helioscope, 
and PVSyst.
