Why does Twain encourage children to disobey their parents?

In article, Twain is in favour of disobeying the parents because he is suggesting that the advice parents give to

their children is not always right, it might be wrong too. As Twain says, “ Always obey your parents, when they are

present” (1391). Parents have a great experience of living life because they have already gone through different

circumstances. Due to this, they always want their children to follow their rules and regulations. In this article the author

opinion is in favour of independent decision making policy it define that the children should make their own decision on

their own through which they will gain experience and learn various values that will help them in their later life. Twain

says if children are dependent on their parents for every decision then they are not able to learn the real difference

between good and bad things. But if we promote children to make their decisions, they will get chance to learn more.

Twain’s only mission to encourage children to disobey their parents is because that self making decision experience will

workout more. Moreover, if children will get chance to make decision they will fall, get up and get a step closer to

success.

Does Twain want to people to solve disputes by throwing bricks at each other? If not, why does he use this example?
