I have patient his name is agus, he is come to the hospital in November 21, 2020. He came in
hospital to checking his vital signs so first I check his temperature and his temperature is
39°C, next I check his pulse rate he have 55 beats/minute, next I check his respiration 13
breath/minute and last I check his blood preassure is 130/80.
The result is his temperature is little bit hot maybe he have fever next his pulse rate for adult
is low then next I check his respiration its normal and last is his blood pressure is high.

Medical staff : 2) it is time for me to check your blood pressure
Patient : sure
Medical staff : did you sleep well last night?
Patient : 3) no, I did not sleep well last night, I still got a peoblem with my headache
Medical staff : you have a problem with your headache? ok. I will report it to 4) the doctor.
