Reservation: An offer to buy shall be made by sending a private message to ThingsonCanvass specifying

the goods. ThingsonCanvass shall the confirm to the potential Buyer if no prior reservation was made on
the said goods.

Payment: The Buyer shall pay the goods within twenty four (24) hours from the time of reservation.
Failure to do so shall result in the forfeiture of the reservation.

Shipping. The Buyer shall arrange for the shipment of the goods. Alternatively, the ThingsonCanvass may
do the same on behalf of the Buyer provided that the latter shall pay for the shipping fee.
ThingsonCanvass shall ensure that the goods due for delivery shall have adequate protection against
ordinary wear and tear due to shipping.

Warranty. ThingonCanvass is selling on an as-is-where-is basis. Some of our pre-loved vintage, true
vintage and collectibles have marks and scratches consistent with its age. Nonetheless, these
imperfections shall be fully disclosed in the individual post for each item.
