“Memorandum of Understanding”

Agreement:

This MOU specifies the “joint working/collaboration” between the Both Parties and agreed/committed
to provide services together for the subscribers/end-user locally in Lahore with the consent to expand
the business of either party.

Party “B” Party “A”

To pay a monthly wage of PKR 3000 for each Is obliged to provide professional riders to the
rider. Party ‘B’.
To provide PKR 50 for every order delivered by Will receive the amount from the Party ‘B’
the rider. against each rider.
To entertain/deal the rider/one call app’s
representative on priority basis to furnish the
orders.
To make sure the unwanted delays and provide
Hygienic Parcel Packing with necessary items and
receipt.
Proper coordination/cooperation to resolve the
issue and dispute parties (if any).
Will pay all the amount to the ‘Party A’ against
the services given by the rider.

Terms and conditions:

That, the both parties agreed to enter into this contract upon their will without any pressure.

That, the terms and conditions of the agreement may be amended at any stage of the contract as per
circumstances with mutual consent.

That, the validity of the Agreement/MOU is depends on the circumstances of the Market
trends/demand and initially valid for …. Months (extendable) after signing this “MOU”.

In the case of dispute(s) among parties, both are agreed to resolve such dispute(s) mutually AND/OR
through arbitration and the arbitrator will be appointed upon mutual understandings.

This agreement shall be executed and retained by the either party.

Agreement for Riders

This agreement is made between ‘’Party A’’ and ‘’Party B’’.

Definition:

Party A: One Call

Party B: Restaurant

Terms and Conditions:

Party A is obliged to provide riders to the Party B with terms and conditions underneath:

Party B will pay an amount of PKR 3000 monthly as rider’s monthly salary.

Party B will pay PKR 50 against each order completed by rider to the Party A.
