Investment Cost
* Please note that the pricing shown below is only valid for 30 days from the date of
this proposal.

Monthly Package

P2,500.00
per month

Up to 50 employees

• Free support, maintenance and upgrades.


• Free domain and server hosting
• Maximum of 50 employees.
• In excess of 50 employees will be billed an additional amount of P100.00 per
employee, per month.
• Training fee is P100.00 per employee.
• All payment are exclusive of 12% VAT

Implementation

• This is a one-time payment implementation fee, P45,000.00 billed upon


confirmation and signing of contract.
• Implementation fee does not include transportation, lodging and per diem cost
for on-site trainings.
• Others: Request for biometric is P18,000.00 per biometric.
• All payment are exclusive of 12% VAT.

Payment Terms

• Implementation fee is billed upon signing of this proposal and shall be due
within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of invoice.
• Monthly Subscription
o Monthly subscription is billed every 1st day of the month following the
transaction month.
o Ascender Innovation shall send billing to client registered email address
five (5) days prior to payment date, as stipulated in the preceding
paragraph. Such billing shall be construed as received by client upon
electronic confirmation that the email has been sent to client registered
email address.
