9. Administer the employee’s attendance, track
absent cases, and ensure that working hours,
internal regulations and penalties are well
implemented.
10. Administer the medical insurance company’s
services; update new hires membership, and
handles customer’s complaints.
11. Administer resignation procedures and
update headcount.
12. Handling contract renewals in collaboration
department managers.
13. Prepare the monthly payroll effects sheet and
administer updates / changes.
14. Administer & implement penalties procedures
according to labor law & the company’s
procedures.

Specifications (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience):


 University degree with at least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources management.
 Basic knowledge of labor law and social insurance law and their applications.
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Language Skills: fluent Arabic (oral/written) and very good English (oral/written)
 IT skills: Very Good MS Office & Internet
