 What is Operations Management to you as a Subject?

- For me operations management is a familiar word, I have heard it in some of my past subjects in
high school and in college. For me operations management from the word operations, it is an
activity or a change to make improvements that has been done to a business, corporation, etc.
and from the word management it is to manage the certain activities or operations done in a
certain business to have a smooth flow of operations.

 How essential is this subject to our daily lives?

- For me our daily lives are impacted by operations management in a variety of ways, including
the items we purchase and the level of customer service we receive. For current and future
success in all parts of life, it is essential to comprehend the significance of operations
management.

 Do you have personal experience relating to Operations/Operations Management?

- For me in my case we have family businesses, some are partnership, and some are family
owned, and in our businesses, we have operations done in the business operations including
buying, selling, receiving, and operations to improve the business like sales, discount promos,
advertisements, etc. and as part of the family I was able to help in some of the operations and as
to manage what activities has been done in our businesses.

 How do you expect to end this subject?

- I expect to end this subject happily, peacefully, cleared, lots of learning, passing to high grades,
and to be able to meet new friends and the teacher as well.

BA 9 – A

 What is Human Resource Management to you as a Subject?

- For me I believe that Human Resource Management is an essential subject that prepares
students for the real world by providing insights and practical skills that are relevant in various
workplace settings. Students can grasp the challenges of managing a varied workforce thanks to
the subject's exploration of numerous theories and methods of human resource management.

 How essential is this subject to our daily lives?

- This subject plays an important role in our daily lives, human resource management is essential
to our daily lives, and its effective management is crucial for organizational success and
employee satisfaction. It is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and dealing
 with any issues related to employee relations, which can impact job satisfaction and
productivity. 

 Do you have personal experience relating to Human Resource Management?

- For me in my case we have family businesses, some are partnership, and some are family
owned, and in our businesses, I don’t have a big role in our businesses but in connection to
Human Resource Management I help nurture and support employees and ensuring a positive
workplace environment in my own small ways, Afterall I am part of the business and
organization.

 How do you expect to end this subject?

- I expect to end this subject happily, peacefully, cleared, lots of learning, passing to high grades,
and to be able to meet new friends and the teacher as well.
