Finance is the life blood of business No business can survive. Without finance.
Money is needed at every stage of business If money is not in added in business that it
cannot be called business.

There are money sources of getting finance like loans friend & relative credit
banks co-operative banks etc. If finance is taken from any banks than we have to pay
interest also now day’s interest rates are higher so borrowing finance is costly.

While tanking finance i.e while borrowing it should be noted that assets do the
firm are sufficient to pay the debt. As otherwise business would ruin and owner will have
to sell their personal asset to pay debt.

So extreme care is to be taken in borrowing finance, as it becomes debt for the

company. And management should also be in honest personally about finance.

by the way of advertisement and on the gate recruitments.

Executive staff and supervisor comes from Delhi as machines comes Delhi so
there operating experts are in plenty at there.

The other candidates are been selected on the basis of experience instead on the
qualification. The qualification does not matter much in production of pipes, thus the
candidate is being selected as per experience.

PROMOTION & TRANSFER

48
A promotion is the advancement of an employee's rank  or position in an
organizational hierarchy system. Promotion may be an employee's reward for good

is giving the bonus to their employees in cash at 10 % of his/her salary or wage.

Many other facilities like medical, resident & canteen is provided to the workers &

51
Training means the workers are given as environment which will be in factory
and are given knowledge of operating the machine. By training the production can be
increased and chances of accidents are also reduced, as workers are famalier with the
machines as to how to operate.

SHREE MAHAVIR PLASTIC does not have any different training department. But,
infact the new workers are given on the job training by senior workers. If any new
machine is purchased then the senior worker is been trained.

In SHREE MAHAVIR PLASTIC all types of training is given to the worker like

the unit.

56
SUGGESTIONS

SUGGESTIONS

57
I would suggest that MAHAVIR PLASTIC should give some gift to workers during
the year so, that they will get encouraged. And thus they remain less absent. And they
should reduce one shift so that machines life extend.

These are the only suggestion for them as they don’t need any suggestion
regarding quality and price as they are best in that.
