Client POC/Account /Recruitment Manager
Involved in creating and managing a candidate network and queue with a wide variety of IT skills.
I have negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like W2/1099/C2C.
Keeping in constant touch with the consultants and giving timely feedback to them, helped me a lot in

negotiating salaries, relocation expenses, setting up interviews, Reference checks and extending offers

NOC ENGINEER

Project: Bharti Airtel &Infratel.
Responsibilities:
Worked as a part of “Network Operation Centre” in IBM.
Monitoring the servers, database, and network equipment’s in the datacentre.
Interacting with different support group for escalation of the issues (SPOC & 1st Level of Support for IT
Infra issues)
Coordinating with the incident management, problem and change management.
Ensure appropriate severity and business priority is assigned to incidents.
Monitoring 7000+ servers and 300+ business critical application of IBM.
Ensure incidents are communicated to appropriate responder commensurate with SLAs.
