Wage & Salary Administration

 Preparation of pay sheet for site employees through ERP package.


 Co-coordinating with all the sub-contractors, PRW contractors for processing the payroll.
 Maintaining employee’s personal files & records in a proper manner.
 Ensure to provide employee benefits like LTA, Medical & bonus to all the employees
 Tracking Confirmation, Increments, Promotions, Transfers and Internal People Movements.
