Merger & Acquisition: Actively participated in the merger and integration of Siemens VAI & Morgan to
Siemens Ltd. Smooth implementation of revised HR policies in the integrated companies. Effectively
transferring of 700+ employees from Siemens VAI & Morgan to Siemens Ltd,.
Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment - Manpower planning and requirement analysis in close co-ordination with
business.Entirely responsible for man power planning, budgeting and recruitments of Siemens VAI Metals
Technologies. Visited University campuses for debut batch recruitment. Developing various reports for
management to decide regarding the current resources. Supported ramp up of “SMART” project to attain
the target of recruiting 300 employees within one year. Interview & selection of appropriate candidates,
salary negotiation and issuing of offer letter.
Training & Development – Identifying training requirements from business managers and implementing
various Behavioural, Technical and Leadership training programs for Siemens eastern region. Coordinating

regarding the local HR policies, company processes, usage of IT tools etc. Supporting in opening of salary
accounts, providing corporate credit cards, Registration at FRRO office, VISA extension, FRO transfer and exit
permit from India. Supporting the delegates in resolving various day to day issues related to salary and other
payments, Leave Management, usage of HR IT tools, Opening of Bank account, credit cards etc. Managing
smooth exit process of delegates during their repatriation from India.
Implementing HR Policies in Siemens VAI: Developing and implementing the HR plans and policies in
conjunction with the company’s overall development plan. Developing and implementing disciplinary
policies. Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and co-ordinating

( Joining forms, explaining the HR policies, company processes, IT tools etc.), Supporting of employees in
resolving day to day issues related to payments, employee data management, Mediclaim & hospitalization,
Corporate credit cards, bank accounts etc. Employee data management and continuous update of employee
data in HR tool. Support employees during transfer of location, department etc. Exit clearance, conducting
