payments, Leave Management, usage of HR IT tools, Opening of Bank account, credit cards etc. Managing
smooth exit process of delegates during their repatriation from India.

 Implementing HR Policies in Siemens VAI: Developing and implementing the HR plans and policies in
conjunction with the company’s overall development plan. Developing and implementing disciplinary
