Job Responsibility Identifying prospective candidates through Networking, headhunting, job sites and advertisements Handling Recruitment for Senior and Middle level for major Engineering, Manufacturing, cement, Infrastructure and Construction Sector Handling Recruitment for PAN India, Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka. Responsible for preparing of JD'S and posting the job on different job portals (Naukri, Times, Monster) Working on the latest recruitment software HIRECRAFT VERSION 3 to updates and process the resumes Speculate CVs / market candidates, search / shortlist CVs in line with job order request; ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests Identifying the right candidates and discussing with then to ensure their availability, Interest, Capability, attitude, Confidence level and other all requisites Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct interviews Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing Provide information / feedback to candidates on clients and job specifications for permanent jobs Scheduling Client Interviews Background verifications of the candidates Develop Customer Relationships to effectively target recruitment Follow-ups on offers and joining Capture information / calls / bookings correctly on company database - update and maintain client and candidate information database Maintain and updating the candidates profile and note for future use.
