roles based in India and Middle East region for the three end markets Buildings;

roles for India GDC and over 500 roles for all the 3 business in the middle east
region which has been an achievement for remote support team on HR
recruitment function. Key aspect of my role is: • Responsible for handling the
complete set of recruitment activities from adding the role on system,
screening, Interview scheduling to providing the offer letter to selected
candidates. • Source engineering candidates based on job descriptions and skill
sets and maintaining a strong pipeline to ensure availability of quality cv’s in
time • Use of various candidate search and selection tools such as
Internal/External CV Database, Brassring. • Handling agencies to work on
various niche roles for India GDC. • Daily work tracker management and
submitting weekly reports to the TA Leads in Middle East and the EMIA HR
Director. • Performance Planning and review system on 9 box rating structure
for the team. • Brassring super user to provide the necessary training and
updates to the team to ensure that the role is appropriately added on the
internal applicant tracking system.
