In this lesson I was required to teach students about the Industrial Revolution. This is not an area I am completely familiar with as I did not
study it in school or university, nor have I focused on it in curriculum units in university. So it certainly provided me with an opportunity to
learn new content and develop my knowledge further. I ensured I detailed my lesson plan well enough so if I did not know an answer, I
could familiarise myself with more detail through referring back to it. As per the feedback I did do this during the lesson, however, it was
also noted that I knew the majority of the content..

In order to gain attention and provide students with an introduction to the lesson, I stated the inquiry question we would be aiming to
answer through completing the lesson. I also ensured that I included a brain break in the middle of the lesson, as it was a double period;
and students understood that there was further learning to be achieved after this break.
