“To be a Good leader, you need to be a good follower”

I hope you all have been informed that I am designated as your new leader, from
childhood I have been wondering that how people are able to run the team, I wanted to be a
captain of football team but I count be one, reason behind that is I was very selfish player,
then to achieve my dream I tried to change myself ,my selfish trait ,in which I became
successful and began to play as a team. I am sharing this story with you in order to make
you understand that we can’t achieve our goals unless or until we start caring about others
and concentrating on the main goal for which you wake up every day!

So my very dear team members we will be leaving our selfish trait today in order to
achieve the goal, I will be guiding you the path and you’ll be carrying the process
moreover if you’ll be facing any problems donor try to cope it on your own, we are together
for a reason it will be problem for all of us we will walk through it in the same shoes. I
won’t be telling you the roles but the duties or task which I will be giving to you people you
will be having responsibility of it and you have to complete it in the given time, and in the
case of disobediences you will be facing the consequences, same as if your work will be
above expectations you will definitely be rewarded.

I want you to bring innovative ideas through which we will be changing our work
style in which we will be working with more efficiency, through this you’ll be having more
learning ,

You must know your capabilities that is the only reason you are here with the brilliant
team members, you will be able to work it out easily, “you can’t have the perfect view of
nature unless you try harder to hike, during the path you get distracted, or feel unmotivated
about hiking more, but at last when you reach at the top you get to know that it was really worth
it.
