ABSTRACT

The title of final project report is Architecture of Ice Cream Maker

Machine with Capacity 4 Kg/Process. Ice cream is one of the types of foods
which are common in the middle of the community. This type of food is one
favored almost every community. Types of ice cream are easily found around us is
kind of rough and the manufacturing process is still traditionally used by
inserting the mixture into a container, then the container is rotated by hand. Ice
cream maker is designed aiming to make ice cream without using traditional
means. This ice cream maker serves to rotate so that the dough ice cream
container in the container is formed into ice cream. This machine is used to help
the ice cream maker to produce a great product, better quality, saving time and
effort. This final report focuses on the calculation of the main components
consisting of shaft engines, electric motors, belts, pulleys, and bearings.
Operation, care must be taken to ensure that the machine can operate with
optimum, durable and in accordance with its function. Safety should also be
considered to avoid unintended workplace accidents.
