The top 3 learnings from out online activities are:
1. Knowing the proper attire that is appropriate to the theme of the event and event itself. Also
teaching me what are good stuffs to buy like choosing the right fabric. For suit, wool is most
versatile fabric, the best in comfort, its applicable for all year long season.
2. In terms of effective communicating, there are various styles/categories of communicating
there is passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive, and assertive. For me, whatever category
it is, the most important is respect others and likewise, they also respect you.
3. In creating resume, ART style is very helpful and also it shows to me a study the most of the
employer reads resume at F pattern. For me it is vital to know this thing that may useful in
my near future.
2. What do you think are the most important factors towards personality development? (top 5)
For me, the most important factors towards personality development are (5th is the most)
1. Environment – I believe that our environment is nurturing aspect of our lives, here which
we live and grow up. Here we can adopt many things maybe right or wrong.
2. Situations – I do believe that experience is the best teacher and those experiences
shape our personality which will be useful in the near future.
3. Religion – for me religion has a part in the development of my personality having the fact
I came from catholic school. Those learnings I got from the words of God becomes my
reasons in life and my own mantra. And most of my decision was rooted from the
scriptures
4. Heredity – this refers to the influence on my personality that I born with. As the same
goes, “Kung ano ang puno, siya ang bunga”. Definitely, Genetics determines how
someone looks.
5. Family – “Everything starts from home”. Personality development is the development of
organized pattern of behaviors and attitudes that makes a person distinctive from other.
Family is the most important factor and most influential. For me, having a good
personality is equivalent of having a good family. In Filipino term “tama ang pagpapalaki
ng magulang”. And I’m glad my family raised me in a good manner, even thou there are
many hardships due to social status, still I’m thankful for this I know how to value things
in life and what matters most.

3. What are the things we have to remember to come up with an effective communication?
For me, some things we have to remember to come up with an effective communication are:
1. Respect – respect others as others will respect us.
2. Make your message clear – we all know that face to face conversion is very effective, just
take care your gestures so that others may not misinterpret us. In terms of written message,
make your choice of words easy to understand to prevent those misinterpretation.
3. Body language – this can create barriers when having conversation with others. Being
aware of what kind of signals we are sending can help to avoid confusion or annoy our
listener
