This warung owner got access to internet, but she is not always at the warunng, so she ask
me to teach her cashier about point redemption method, and she is agree to join the program.

This is an 24 hours warung, the owner is only come to warung on Monday for restock, there
is two shift cashier in charge and allow to use gadget or whatsAPP and want me to back
there on Monday to talk with owner directly.

This is a franchise warung that has many branches like indomart, alfamart. I met te manajer
and he said the are in, as long as we don’t edit the prize in their information system

The owner is not at the warung, but the cashier said there is similar program like this from
unilever distributor, the promo is direct discount, but they don’t continue because the
program need to acces their information system and edit their prize list.

The owner is not at the warung because its national holiday, she wants me to talk direct to
the owner about the program

The owner is not at the warung because of holiday, it little bit complicated because it will
take times to redeem and the lines here are always full, maybe if the system can be more
simple, she said.
