Please accept this letter as a written warranty from Contractor
implemented the work of the above referenced project as
incorporated in the Contract so that the work should be new and in
first class quality and in good condition as per the Contract
Documents. This warranty is the contractor’s solo responsibility and
considered separated and independent from/and in addition to any
of the Contractor's other guarantees, obligations, manufactured
and furnished by third party warranty.
The warranty starting date is considered from Project handover, as
indicated in the Project Acceptance-Handover Document.
WARRANTY DETAILS
1. Implementation Warranty
The Contractor warrants that, unless otherwise specified, he should
repair, correct, or replace, at no cost to the Owner, any instances
of defective workmanship or materials or deficiencies, including all
material, hardware, equipment, appliances, fixtures utilized and
goods for a period of two (2) years. The work to be corrected will
be the particular part or area that is defective. Contractor shall start
corrective work within 2 days after receiving a notice from the
Owner. Contractor shall repair or replace as required.
2. Extended Warranty
The Contractor warrants, unless otherwise specified, the material,
equipment, appliances, and goods as specified in the table below.
Description. Warrants Period
Nominal power output 90% for 10 years, 80% for 25years with linear power
PV Module. decrease at rate 0.7% per year (or less).

3. Preventive Maintenance
The Contractor warrants that he should assign a service technician
to carry out periodic preventive maintenance visits for a period of
( 2) year. The frequency, scope, protocols and procedures of such
visits shall be as per the attached Preventive Maintenance Visits
Plan Document.
HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
As per attached Procedure and Communication Process
Documents.
WARRANTY VOIDEING CONDITIONS
This warranty shall be void under following conditions:
1- Damages or defects caused by the failure/lack to maintain
any item or keep it in good working order.
2- Damage from alterations, misuse, abuse, modified, or
repaired by any person other than Contractor.
3- Damage resulting by earthquake, accidents or pest
damage.
4- This warranty will be null and void and Contractor will not
be liable for any damages or expenses, if the Owner does
not first grant Contractor access opportunity to the premises
to inspect, correct, or replace defective items.
The Contractor, here by, signed and put his seal committing
himself to all terms and conditions specified in this Warranty
Document.
