Infernal Contract This infernal contract is made and entered into between the First Party and Second Party (as detailed below) and binds the parties until the terms listed in the pact(s) are fulfilled. 1. The First Pact a. The First Party will aid the Second Party to achieve their specified goals for the duration listed below in exchanged for an agreed upon reward. First Party ‘Second Party Goals Duration b. Ifthe Second Party's goals are achieved before the agreed upon time period, the First Party will be free to conduct any business they wish upon the plane in which this agreement was signed, . The souls of all creatures that die as a result ofthe first or Second Party's actions, inaction’, or deaths during the agreed upon duration of the First Pact, shall be bound to Compensation Terms ; The Second Party agrees to the following compensation for the services of the First Party Compensation Compensation Timeframe 3. Modification & Termination At any time during the term of service covered by this contract, either party may request a review of the conditions of the pact, and may, at such a time, modify the conditions in a manner that is agreeable to both parties. Either party may request to terminate this agreement with he consent of the remaining pary(s). Ifthe First Party requests termination of this contract, they must pay the Second Party 15,000gp as compensation, Ifthe Second Party requests termination of this contract, they must still provide the compensation specified in section i 2of this agreement. Non- losure ment } Any discussion of this contract or its conditions with any party not directly included in the contract in question is ; prohibited unless agreed upon by all parties or in the presence of a member of the Infernal Court. Failure to complywith this nondisclosure agreement will result in the suspension or termination of the contract and an Infernal Bounty being placed upon the souls of the Second Party and all parties with whom details of this contract have been shared. 5. The Firs Party will complete any task requested by the Second Party tothe best of thet abilities, unless completing suid tasks would contradict ‘erm 1.All asks willbe completed in a timely manner, and the First Party will inform the Second Party upon completion or failure ofthe task at any time during the term of service, the First Party fails to meet any ofthe above conditions, the contract is immediately terminated, and all property gained by the First Party asa result ofthis contract is immediately, and without delay, retuned tothe original owner, The Fist Party will also pay the Second Party a sum equal to 50,000. The Second Party may retain any gained property. During the duration of this agreement, the Second Part is bound to, but not limited to, the fllowing conditions. 1 The Second Party, and any person(s) or creatures) allied withthe Second Party, mus never dekberately harm the First Party, or through purpose indirect action, ease harm tothe First Party. The Second Party must not attempt to banish, trap, bind, or otherwise render the First Party unable to reach or return to their home realm within ‘the agreed upon time period. Furthermore, the Second Party must attempt, tothe best oftheir sblites to allow the First Party to reach or rere to them ifsuch an event occurs at any time daring the trm of service, the Second Party fails to meet any ofthe above conditions, the contract is immediately terminated, and any and all property owned bythe Second Part is immediately, and without delay, forfeited tothe First Party. The Second Party must also pay the First ary a sum equal to $0,000gp. The First Party may retain ny gained property including the souls) of any and all eretures outlined in Section 1, j Part Cof this agreement.
