TRAIN LAW: The Effect on the Sales of MSEs Based on Business Owner's

Perception

General Objective
This study aims to determine the effects of TRAIN Law on the Sales of small businesses
as perceived by the business owners.
Specific Objectives

 To determine the positive and negative effects of the law to MSEs.


 To identify the changes in the Sales of Micro and Small Enterprises after the
implementation of the law.
 To determine the strategies made by the business owners to deal with the law.

Significance of the Study

 For Business Owners


This study will help business owners to determine the positive effects that will be favorable
for them and create strategies to cope up with the law.

 For Government Officials


This study will help government officials to create critical decisions on the effects of the law
to the micro and small businesses in our country.

 For Future Researchers


This study will serve to them as a basis for another certain study or references for the
betterment of the production and completion of our research project.

Research Problem/ SOP:


This study aims to determine the effects of TRAIN Law to the sales of small businesses. More
specifically, it seeks to find answer to the question:
1. What are the views and opinion of business owners on the TRAIN LAW?
2. How does the implementation of the law affect their sales?
