Session Guide: Orientation on EHRIS, LRMDS and


ESIMSver2 server and Client.
Duration of Sessions May 29 & 31, 2018 (4 hours)

Appreciate the value of automation and simplification of
EHRIS, LRMDS and ESIMS program.
Learning Objectives At the end of the program all participants will have to
 Learn EHRIS, LRMDS and ESIMSver2 its main features
and upgrade to the teacher.
 Install ESIMSver2 client per teacher
 Develop, calibrate and enhance the knowledge of
teachers on the usage and implementation of both
systems.

Introductory Activity Present on the screen the meaning of EHRIS, LRMDS, and
(15 minutes) ESIM in a form of games. The first one who can give meaning
to its letter in the acronym will be rewarded.
Orient the teachers on the usage and importance of it’s
program.
Activity  Present the deped email add account of all teachers on
(3 hours) the screen. Allow teachers to get their laptop and log
in to their account in EHRIS. Supply necessary
information ask in their EHRIS personal information.
 With the use of their deped email account. Allow
teachers to log in/register to LRMDS portals and
explore the importance of that site for their class
instruction.
 Upgrade the ESIMS client being installed in the Laptop
of every teachers to the new ESIMSver2 client.
 Allow teachers to have workshop on EHRIS, LRMDS
and ESIMS after the installation to address problems
encountered in the programs.
Analysis Ask the teachers if they have problem encountered on
(10 minutes) the program being introduced.
Provide technical support related to the usage and
implementation of EHRIS and ESIMS.
Abstraction / Generalization Together with the participants, everybody should come up
(10 minutes) with a school ESIMS Implementation Plan.
Application Let the participants manipulate the EHRIS and ESIMS. Encode
(20 minutes) enrollment date, Compute grades and generate reports
Concluding Activity Video Presentation ( Teaching in 21st century)
(5 minutes)
