FOLLOWINGS DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SALES TAX REGISTRATION

IN ORDER TO INITIATE SALES TAX REGISTION PROCESS, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO PROVIDE US
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS:

1 Types of business i.e. Manufacturer or Non-manufacturer


2 In case of AOP and Company, CNIC of the Member/Director/Principal Officer
3 Bank account maintenance certificate
4 Business details including Business Name, Acquisition Date, Capacity and Business Activity along with
particulars of all branches in case of multiple branches at various locations
5 Copy of recent utility bills i.e. electricity bill, gas bills etc.
6 GPS-tagged photographs of the business premises
7 GPS-tagged photographs of the utilities meter
8 In case of Manufacturer, also the GPS-tagged photographs of machinery and industrial electricity or gas
meter installed
