CONSENT LETTER

I would like to take on the opportunity for my son to join the face-to-face Cambridge
Examination on May/June 2021 series, organized by the school.

I understand and agree that the school will follow health and safety protocols. In case the
candidate becomes sick, the government doesn’t allow the exam to be held, I will not hold
the school responsible.
