Re : NOTICE OF TERMINATION

Dear Mr./Ms ____________:

This is to inform you that we will not be renewing our contract with
(company)_____. Based on recent reviews of costs and the prices of
our competitors, CM Star Corporation will be at loss if we will still
proceed with the Distribution Agreement (reason).

Under Section 7 of our Distribution Agreement with your company,

______________________, dated 08 July 2019, it is provided that the
Distribution Agreement shall be effective for a period of twelve (12)
months from its date or until 07 July 2020. However, it shall continue in
effect unless either party shall notify its intention to terminate the
Agreement by giving at least 2 months written notice xxx.

In light of the above, notice is hereby given to your company that CM

Star Corporation hereby terminates the said Distribution Agreement
effective two (2) months from today, or on __________________.
