ལས་དང་གློ་བུར་རྐྱེན་ལས་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །གདློན་དང་ནད་དང་འབྱུང་པློའི་འཚེ་བ་སློགས།
LEY DANG LOBUR KHYEN LEY JURPA YI DHON DANG NEY DANG JUNGPOI TSEWA SOK
May all the diseases that disturb the minds of sentient beings and which result from karma and incidental conditions,
སྐྱེམས་ཅན་ཡིད་མི་བདྐྱེ་བའི་ནད་རྣམས་ཀུན། །འཇིག་རྐྱེན་ཁམས་སུ་འབྱུང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག།
SEMCHEN YID MIDEWAI NEY NAM KUN JIGTEN KHAM SU JUNGWAR MAGYUR CHIG
Such as the harms of demons, illness, and elemental spirits, never occur throughout the realms of this world.

ཇི་ལྟར་གཤྐྱེད་མས་འཁིད་པའི་གསད་བྱ་བཞིན། །སྐད་ཅིག་གཅིག་ལ་ལུས་སྐྱེམས་འབྲལ་བྱྐྱེད་པའི།
JITAR SHEMDEY TRIDPAI SEJA ZIN KECHIG CHIG LA LU SEM DRAL JEPAI
May the suffering due to life-threatening diseases, which, like a butcher leading an animal to the slaughter,
སློག་འཕློག་ནད་ཀི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཇི་སྐྱེད་པ། །འཇིག་རྐྱེན་ཁམས་སུ་འབྱུང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག།
SOK TROG NEY KYI DUKNGAL JINYE PA JIGTEN KHAM SU JUNGWAR MAGYUR CHIK
Severs the body from the mind in a mere instant, never occur the realms of this world.

འཆི་བདག་གཤིན་རྐྱེའི་ཁ་ནང་ཚུད་པ་ལྟར། །ནད་ཀི་མིང་ཙམ་ཐློས་པས་སྐྲག་བྱྐྱེད་པའི།
CHIDAG SHIN JEI KHANANG TSHUDPA TAR NEY KYI MING TSAM THOEPEY TRAK JEPAI
May all embodied beings remain unharmed by acute and chronic infectious diseases
ཉིན་གཅིག་པ་དང་རག་པའི་རིམས་སློགས་ཀིས། །ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་གནློད་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །
NYIN CHIG PA DANG TAKPAI RIM SOK KYI LUCHEN KUN LA NOEPAR MAGYUR CHIK
The mere names of which can inspire the same terror as would be felt in the jaws of Yama, Lord of Death.
 གནློད་པའི་བགྐྱེགས་རིགས་སློང་ཕག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་དང་། །གློ་བུར་ཡྐྱེ་འདློག་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་ཅུ་དང་།
NOEPI GEG RIG TONGTRAK GYECHU DANG LOBUR YE DROK SUMGYA DRUK CHU DANG
May the 80 000 classes of obstructing spirits, the 360 evil spirits that cause sudden harm,
བཞི་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བཞིའི་ནད་ལ་སློགས་པ་ཡིས། །ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་འཚེ་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག །,
ZIGYA TSA ZHI NEY LASOKPA YI LUECHEN KUN LA TSHEWAR MAGYUR CHIK
The 424 types of disease, and so forth, never cause harm to any embodied being !

ལུས་སྐྱེམས་བདྐྱེ་བ་མ་ལུས་འཕློག་བྱྐྱེད་པའི། །འབྱུང་བཞི་འཁྲུགས་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཇི་སྐྱེད་པ།
LU SEM DEWA MALU TROK JEPAI JUNGZHI TRUKPAI DUKNGAL JI NYEPA
May whatever suffering arise due to disturbances in the four elements, Depriving the body and mind of every pleasure,

མ་ལུས་ཞི་ཞིང་མདངས་སློབས་ལྡན་པ་དང་། །ཚེ་རིང་ནད་མྐྱེད་བདྐྱེ་སིད་ལྡན་པར་ཤློག །
MALU ZHISHING DANGTOB DENPA DANG TSERING NEMEY DEKYI DENPAR SHOK
be totally pacified and may the body and mind have radiance and power, And be endowed with long life, good health, and well-being.

བླ་མ་དཀློན་མཆློག་གསུམ་གི་ཐུགས་རྐྱེ་དང་། །མཁའ་འགློ་ཆློས་སློང་སྲུང་མའི་ནུས་མཐུ་དང་།
LAMA KONCHOK SUMGYI TUKJE DANG KHANDRO CHOEKYONG SUNGMAI NUETHU DANG
By the compassion of the Gurus and the three Jewels, the power of the Dakinis, Dharma Protectors and Guardians,
ལས་འབྲས་བསླུ་བ་མྐྱེད་པའི་བདྐྱེན་སློབས་ཀིས། །བསྔློ་བ་སློན་ལམ་བཏབ་ཚད་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤློག།
LEY DREY LUWA MEPAI DENTOB KYI NGOWA MONLAM TABSHE DRUBPAR SHOG
And the power of truth of the infallibility of karma and its results, May these many dedications and prayers be fulfilled.

ཅྐྱེས་པ་འདི་ནི་གདན་ས་ཆྐྱེན་པློ་དཔལ་ལྡན་ས་སར་ནད་རིམས་མི་གཅིག་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱུང་བར། སྔགས་བློན་རྣམས་ཀིས་མདློས་གཏློར། སན། སྔགས། སྲུང་བ་

སློགས་གང་བསྒྲུབས་ཀང་མ་ཕན་པར་གདན་ས་སློངས་ལ་ཐུག་པའི་སྐབས། རྐྱེ་གྲུབ་ཐློབ་ཆྐྱེན་པློས་མ་ནམ་མཁའ་མའི་སབས་འགློ་གིས། མ་ཎི་སློངས། སློན་ལམ་
འདི་ཐློབ་ཅྐྱེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་བ་བཞིན་བགིས་པ་ལ་བརྐྱེན་ནད་ཡམས་ཐམས་ཅད་འཕལ་དུ་ཆད་པས། ས་ས་ནད་གློལ་མའི་སློན་ལམ་ཞྐྱེས་རློ་རྐྱེའི་གསུང་བྱིན་
རླབས་ཀི་སིན་ཕུང་འཕློ་བར་གགས་སློ།། །།
When various epidemics spread at the great monastery of the glorious Sakya, whatever the mantric masters and Bon priests tried- effigies, tormas, medecines, mantras, protection-amulets, and so on- - had no effect,
and the monastery was at the point of desertion, The master mahasiddha Thangtong Gyalpo advised: “Say the refuge prayer which begins, “Sentient beings in number as vast as space, then recited the Mani mantra,
