QUALITY CONTROL

To ensure that the steps of the procedure are fully complied with the activities and
verifications will be carried out by main contractor/Engineer as described above and
flow chart.

6. MEASUREMENT CONTROL

Clearing and Grubbing will be measured in square meters and will be taken jointly.

7. SAFETY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

All employees should be equipped with Safety equipment.


• Safety Helmet
• Safety Shoes/Gum Boots
• Dust Masks
• Safety trouser/jacket/gloves

Warning sign boards should be displayed where it is necessary such as Rock blasting,
Danger Electricity, Rock Rolling in to path ways and etc.
Flagman (dressed with luminous jacket) shall be assigned in the working area if the
available space is narrow for traffic.
Whenever a bad smell is found, all workers should be removed and the area will be
checked for possible hazards by experience people.
Arrange regular meetings between safety officer & employees to make the employees
aware about the degree of risk at any particular activity.
Availability of well experienced safety officers at the site during working hours.
Having First-Aid facilities and reserved vehicle at any point of sudden accident.
Used chemicals within the site such as petroleum oil, lubrication oil, concrete
admixtures and etc. shall be labelled and safety officer shall maintain the Material
Safety Datasheets. The storing conditions (i.e. low light or low humidity) shall be
maintained.
If any accident will occur, it should be informed to safety officer and he is responsible
for taking the urgent actions.
