Internal and External Vehicle Exhaust Air Filtration System focused on capturing particulate

matter and carbon dioxide. The materials consist of stainless steel, basalt sheets, stainless steel
mesh, and soda lime pellets. The designs are durable and blend into the look of every car.

Installation
Easy installation by consumer or
professional can be done with mechanical
clamps or adhesives. The internal design
will be clamped to the existing pipe and
installed by a professional. The external
can be attached through clamp or
adhesive by the consumer.
Maintenance
The designs need to be cleaned out every
2 months. This can be done by the
consumer or professional. Simply wash
the product with water to clean out the
particulates. The soda lime pellets will
need to be replaced and cannot be
reused immediately.

Main Features
Soda lime pellets have a pH color change
so it turns from white to violet when it is
full of CO2. Basalt mesh can withstand
temperatures as high as 700 °F. Stainless
steel outer shell and mesh blend into the
car's exhaust system making our product
almost invisible.

Performance
Both prototypes effectively capture 0.5
grams of particulates per minute. At one
time, 10 grams of soda lime can absorb
2.5 L of carbon dioxide.
