disagree that some people are biologically predisposed to become criminals, because I think that
to get to that point, there are many things that must be taken into account, and among those is
the environment and the upbringing that is given to the person . On the other hand, I agree that
crime is a consequence of poverty, because if people have no needs, lived well, they would not
have to resort to stealing and even killing. Criminals can be reformed, but if it is not in hand to give
them financial help, in case they live badly, it will never be reformed, even if there are more
police, this is not going to happen. Finally, if I agree that some criminals deserve the death penalty,
but that depends on what they have done, for example, a rapist, for me it is the death penalty.
