For breakfast:

have oatmeal with lots of milk for breakfast


Sometimes a little cheese with potato.
Sometimes I usually drink coffee with milk

For lunch:
I have lunch with a lot of protein and little carbohydrates.
I usually eat a lot of meat with little rice.
I don't usually eat that much chicken .
I don't eat a lot of grains at lunch.

For dinner:
in a dinner I usually eat something a little soft.
at dinner I eat some yogurt with cereal.
I have a glass of juice with little sugar.
