Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to your letter no.s:

e.) PTHQ/DIAL-100/OT-31/D-389/2020, Dated- 29/09/2020

which I received on 18th December, 2020 as a consolidated mail on our mail regarding the
maintenance of apps developed by our firm.

We'd like to bring some points to your notice which are as follows:

1.) Kindly reassure yourself of our official email i.e. graviton.tecknology@gmail.com.

2.) I request you to not put baseless allegations against the firm about not responding. All your mails
have been responded as long our Ex-Director, Suraj Singh was functional in the firm and even after
then. I have therefore attached verifying screenshots for the same. Pls find attached file
3.) As per my information, all the apps are working perfectly but even then if you are facing any
problem, pls specify so that we can resolve the issue

4.) Any communication attempted via our company's official address is to stand null and void as I've
mentioned in earlier responses that I've moved outstation for the time being.

3.) That brings us to our payment for the iOS based mobile app - पु.दू. मु/क्रय/Dial-100/एफ-166/2020
dated 26/02/2020 and our pending security deposits of the earlier developed apps i.e.

a.) Vehicle detection system - पु.दू. मु/क्रय/सी.सी. टी.वी/एफ-551/2019 dated 28/05/2019,

b.) Integrated Web Portal - पु.दू. मु/क्रय/Dial-100/एफ-1230/2019 dated 27/12/2019,

c.) Business Intelligence Tool - पु.दू. मु/क्रय/Dial-100/एफ-1228/2019 dated 27/12/2019

which we designed for you.

4.) As of now and since a long time back too, we've deployed our two employees Abhay Saini and
Ashwini Kumar at Bhopal Telecom Police Headquarters for your assistance. We suggest you
scrutinize them for they haven't yet quit Graviton Technology And Advisory Services. They are very
aware of the coding of the app as they were the ones who designed them and maintained them
before this too. I fail to understand what's stopping you from scrutinizing them as they are
employees deployed on behalf of Graviton.
