CONCLUSION FROM CHAPTER 2
Social media is exciting and many people want jump with both feet forward. A
common mistake is for an organization or group to blindly crate a site,such as FB or Twitter,
without frist identifying the goals. The objective of Chapter 2 is to cover the basics and help
organizations create a sound foundation given the considerations that should be taken into
account when developing successful social media for emergency management and crisis
communications.

My Opinion :

Im is a user from Social media. strart from 2010 until now. From my observations

development for social media is good and exciting even on 2020, people depend on the

internet, especially social media. But I see lack of ethics and rules of use social media. I hope

social media can used well for for search and share the REAL information and Educations.
