Government budgetary process involved four processes namely preparation,
authorization/legislation, execution, and accountability. Meanwhile, corporate budgetary process
include communication within executive management, establishment of objectives and targets, developing a detailed budget, compilation and revision of budget model, budget committee review, and approval. In the former, budgets are only allotted and distributed per department or agency while in the latter, budget are formulated in accordance with the established objectives and targets. Moreover, budgeting in the latter is crafted to plan for profits while in the former, budgeting is executed to evenly allocate funds for public use.
