Q1: What did you learn about professional development? What is the
connection between personal growth and professional development?
A1: Professional development is needed to grow and take a higher stage in our
career. It helps us to become better version of ourselves. It helps us to
improve our teaching strategies so that we may become an effective
teacher.
Q2: How does professional development affect your teaching performance?
A2: Professional development affects my teaching performance to improve the
quality of my teaching. Various strategies and practices can be acquired by
engaging in developmental trainings and the likes.

Module 2 Session 1: Self-Awareness


Q1: How can a beginner teacher improves his/her personal weaknesses?
A1: Make a positive behavioral changes that can lead to greater personal and
professional success.
Q1: As a beginner teacher, how can you improve your professional
development?
A2: Self-assessment and evaluation.
Q3: How can you manage your financial literacy?
A3: Set a financial goal.

Module 2 Session 7: The K-12 Curriculum


Q1: What is the qualifying examination of Arabic language and Islamic studies?
A1: It is an examination administered by the Bureau of Education Assessment
to individuals applying to be Asatidz. It is the entry list requirement for
Asatidz.
Q2: What is the difference between basic education system and ALS?
A2: Basic education system is a classroom-based managed by trained school
teachers while ALS happened outside the classroom, community-based
usually conducted at community learning centers managed by the ALS
learning facilitators such as mobile teachers, district ALS coordinators and
instructional managers at an agreed schedule or venues between the
learners.

Module 4 Session 7: Classroom Management


Q1: Give one (1) classroom management problem and explain briefly.
A1: Annoying classroom destructions. These includes noisiness inside and
outside the classroom, learners’ out of their seats working on activities by
groups and other etc.
Q2: What are the warning signs that bullying that maybe taking place?
A2: Certain students are consistently alone, isolated, excluded or picked last
for activities. Negative humors are circulating on a certain individual or
student. Vandalism directed at students.

Module 5 Session 1: Learning Process


Q1: In what Republic Act states the use of Pedagogical approaches such as
constructivist, inquiry-based reflective, collaborative and integrative?
A1: Republic Act 10533 sec. 5.e.
Q2: It refers to the diverse physical locations, context and culture in which
students learn?
A2: Learning environment.

Module 6: Community Linkages


Q1: How does the community helps the school in terms of resources?
A1: Provides WI-FI for better connection. They collaborate with us in terms of
health protocols, providing manpower to disinfect the school premises.
Q2: What are some factors that affect on slow response of the community
particularly the LGUs to meet the existing problems in the school?
A2: Not enough funds to sustain the program. Limited resources because Buli
is a small barangay.
