प धारक के ह ता र नह ह । माण प धारक को माण प ा होने के तुरंत बाद अपने ह ता र करने चािहए ।
This certificate is not valid unless it bears a facsimile of the signature of the Chairperson of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, OR the
initials of the person authorised by him in  this behalf and the signature of the certificate holder. The certificate holder should put his signature  as soon as the
certificate is received.
