Amina has a online business. she sell beautifel dresses in his online page. one day, one of her classmate
"Munia"knock her on her page, and said her that she wants to buy the special valentine's day red dress.
But, she dont have money now. But, she will be able to manage some money from her father with in
next 3 days. Munia is requesting to Amina , to keep the booking for her, because,with in 3 days, she will
confirm . Amina give her 3 days, and said "plz inform me with in 3 days . you can confirm or if you
want ,you can cancel the order also but please inform me with in these 3 days". Amina waited for Munia
for next 3 days. But, Amina didnot inform anything. In these 3 days ,Amina got lots of order for that red
dress but she refused those potential customer. on the 4th day, Munia called her and said, I dont want
to buy the red dress. Now, what Amina can do?

Munia knocked her friend’s online business page to buy a special valentine's day red dress but as she
has no money at that moment, she told that she will be able to manage some money from her father
with in next 3 days and requesting to Amina, to keep the booking for her. Amina agreed and told to
confirm within 3 days but Munia didn’t.

As per the Offer and acceptance act Section 2[A], there must be some legal document for the offer.

As Amina hadn’t sign any legally binding agreement, she can’t take any legal action agains her friend
Munia.
