 COMMENTS
 * All the observations from last audit where inspected and most
of them are now corrected with the exception of the high
pressure pump #2 infeed pipe.
 *Its important to know what kind of fluid/water its leaking and
where it is going; harmful fluids can cause big loses if they go
thought the city sewers without proper treatment
 *We need to be watching for this kind of issues on daily basis
when most of the valves and pipes have fluids in motion, could
be useful doing an audit during sanitation.
 *There was less leaks than the last audit, inspection required more
attention to details than the last time.
 Red hose in live hang area shows multiple holes, hose need
to be replacement, it is not very long so it must be replaced
ASAP.
 Sprayers in the picking room line 1 (picking
room entrance from MRO)still spraying water
even when the valve is closed like the picture
shows, the valve is broken and needs
replacement.
 Infeed pipe on the high-pressure pump #2 still showing water leaking, this may
cause a drop on pressure too in the future. A good welding may be required or the
replacement of the pipe segment.
 Picking room emergency eyewash station has
a leak in the infeed hose, the coupling
between the hose and the pipe has some
loose.
Pipe of water tank #7 leaking water even
when valve is closed, seems to be missing
some Thread seal tape,
