• Coupling PVC on infeed pipe to Condenser EC-C on
the rooftops by new engine room needs reassembly is
leaking water and this can affect the performance of
the condenser heat transfer to the surface.
• Coupling PVC on infeed pipe to Condenser EC-A on
the rooftops by new engine room needs replacement
and its leaking some water due to the missing part.
• Infeed pipe on the high pressure pump #2 was showing water leaking, this
may cause a drop on pressure too in the future. A good welding may be
required or the replacement of the pipe segment.
• High pressure pumps infeed tank is throwing
water to the floor due to the constant shake of
the pump suction so should be a good idea to
modify the water float level.
• Evisceration entrance
Hand wash station has a water hose
hoop not tight enough leaking water.
Hose water gun in men restroom by the cooler entrance was showing some
leaking in the hose-gun coupling.
• Pipe in the hot water tank located in the picking
room seems to be missing some Thread seal tape,
probably due to the wearing that the high
temperature and steam causes on it, small leaking
was seen.
• In the RH Cropper Machine on line 1 in evisceration
room was seen a medium pressure pipe leaking water,
a small portion thread seal tape might solve the
problem.
• On the Nalco Solid cooling water tank had some overflowing, maintenance
was informed about it right away, the water tank float valve need to be
check to verify if this need some adjustments or replacement.
 COMMENTS
• * The audit took palce in the areas with least traffic
• *Its important to know what kind of fluid/water its leaking and where it is
going; harmful fluids can cause big loses if they go thought the city sewers
without proper treatment
• *We need to be watching for this kind of issues on daily basis when most of
the valves and pipes have fluids in motion.
