Campaign Manager compile all
leave request from the agent
NOTE:
* Application of Leave is 2 weeks prior to desired date
* TA special leave is not convertible to cash nor will carry over
the next year if not consumed.
* NO CANCELLATION OF LEAVE once approved (operations
discretion depending on reason)
* Only 3% of the total population can be approved in a daily
basis.
* Per campaign
With 5-15 agents – 1 agent allowed to go on leave
With 16-40 agents – 2 agents allowed to go on leave
With 41 up agents – 3 agents allowed to go on leave

Campaign Manager set priority

based on attendance, performance
and reason for Leave.

Campaign Manager sent all leave

request to Operations Manager by
following the required format

Operations Manager review all leave

request and sent back to Campaign
Managers for the remarks basing on NO
the priority and required allowable Agent request cancelled
DENIED
percentage to avail leave. Campaign
Manager to inform agent if leave has
been approved or denied.
