This is to formally signify our intention to apply for subsidies and allowances for our students as provided under the
Section 4(n) of the Bayanihan 2 Act, which mandates the provision of subsidies and allowances to qualified students
in private and public elementary and secondary education whose families are now facing financial difficulties
brought about by work stoppage and closure of establishments due to the Community Quarantine (CQ), and neither
part of the Listahanan of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), nor covered under the
Education Service Contracting (ESC) Program, or the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) as provided
in RA Nos. 8545 and 10533, respectively.
We understand that our responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:
1. Understand the Implementing Guidelines of the Bayanihan 2 for Basic Education and the application and billing
process
2. Assist the students in filling out the forms and other documents
3. Register/create an account in the Bayanihan for Basic Education System (BBES) and provide the required
documents
4. Receive and validate application documents from the students
5. Encode and upload documents of eligible applicants for subsidy in the BBES
6. Create billing statements for approved beneficiaries and upload the additional required documents
7. Upload official receipts and proof of acknowledgment of receipt of the subsidy and allowances by the
beneficiaries in the BBES
For this purpose, as stipulated in the Implementing Guidelines, we are appointing our School Principal and Registrar
