1.  What's the difference between brand loyalty and brand awareness?
Brand loyalty is something to do with the extent of customers loyalty to specific
brand. This is the measures of how customers stand for the brand they
patronized against the difficulties of competing with other popular brands. This is
one of main objective of marketers to retain customer's loyalty into brand.
However, brand awareness has something to do with the popularity of specific
brand, which makes many customers being aware of the brand because many
customers are patronizing this brand. For some customers that are not
conscious about the brand of the product they are using, they might used a
brand that are familiar to them instead of choosing other brand.
2. Is a well-known brand valuable only to the owner of the brand?
No, it is also valuable to all of the stakeholders of both internal and external of
the company which owns the brand which also include customers, they are
benefited to the brand that’s why they value the brand in returns by being loyal to
them.
