TESTING PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and research advance testing methodology for new application

• Provide technical training & papers on testing
• Develop advance tools to assist projects development timeline
• Co-develop new test plan & device specification with customer
• Develop new test program and hardware
• Generate and update new test program library
• Perform test program conversion, test time reduction and test yield improvement to
enhance productivity
• Responsible for test bench-marking, engineering reports and data management

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ in Test Program Development experience with a minimum of 2 major test
platforms
• Knowledge of :
− DOE, SPC, FMEA
− RF & mixed signal testing methodology in both final test & wafer sort; and test program
development in C/C++, Perl, Awk, VB.
• Experience in LTX Fusion, Agilent 93K, Teradyne Catalyst, J750 and UFlex systems is an
advantage
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
