Tenali is a village in Andhrapradesh. There lived a smartha Brahmin, Ramakrishna in his maternal
uncles`s house along with his mother. He had lost his father at his youg age. He had no education as
vyshnava Brahmins were not teaching smartha Brahmins. But his mother wanted his son to be dictated.
She begged few teachers to teach her son. Nobody responded. Ramakrishna left Tenali to find a
teacher in any other place. On the way he saw a saint. The saint asked Ramakrishna who he is?
