Mechanics of Answering Questions

a. Start with the question-structure and language.

Such as – What do you think dominates our work day? (Page 165)
Ans.: I think, email dominates our work day. In the morning, we log
in the computer. At first, we obviously check the mail box to see the
received emails. Then, we have to send replies to them.
b. Maintain the SVA, Tense and Voice used in the question as well as in
the text.
c. Write to-the-point. Do not include any out-of-question/text idea.
d. Never copy directly from the text. Rather, recycle the answer using
Transformation or at least using contextual synonyms.
e. Limit the answer within two sentences or 4/5 lines.

Caution!
Most of the students waste time by elaborating the answers
unnecessarily. If needed, do it at last keeping two pages blank.
