The pharmacist in Hospital
Let me introduce my self. I am a pharmacist in hospital. After I finished my
pharmacist education which lasted for 5 years. I work as a pharmacist in the hospital
pharmacy installation. I am in charge of explaining how to use drugs properly to
patients by first discussing with the doctor about the drugs and dosages to be used.
Besides that, I also have a duty to ensure that the drugs given to patients are in good
condition. And I carry out drug quality control and drug storage. I distribute drugs and
medical devices from pharmacy warehouses to pharmaceutical installations. In order
to do this job, I have to be quick, thorough and informative. So there is no mistake
that could be dangerous. Because if something goes wrong, it will be dealing with
someone's life. Therefore I have to make sure that the medicine that is given is in
good condition.
