Dear Humera,

Please accept this letter as a formal notice of my resignation from my position as SAP MM Consultant at
Peritus. My last date of employment will be 14 Jun 2021.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work in this position. I have enjoyed working here and
appreciate all the opportunities this organization have given me. However, I have decided to move on to
my next challenge.
I am available during my notice period help with the smooth transition and handling taking over process,
including wrapping up my responsibilities and training other team members.
